HOW IT ALL WORKS

 
  • WHAT IS THE CONTRACT LENGTH?

For most of our marketing services for small businesses, there isn’t one! We’re certain you’ll love what we do, so with the exception of SEO, all our services, retainers or subscriptions are ongoing, and you can cancel at any time. Different services have different cancellation notification times. Retainers are usually a two-month notice, and allied health subscriptions are 14 days notice. SEO takes about 6 months to see the fruits of our labour (thanks Google), so SEO requires a minimum six month contract. 

Ultimately, if you’re not happy with something, please do let us know first. We pride ourselves on five-star service and do our best to fix any issues quickly. 

  • WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU TAKE?

All our subscriptions and one-off payments go through Stripe, an international payment provider. Stripe accepts Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards as well as bank account details.

The best thing to do is to contact us! Start by telling us a little bit about your business and what you’d like to achieve. It’s also helpful to have your website address and if there are any specific services you’re after. We can then arrange a call or chat via email (whatever you prefer!), to but out exactly what you need. We’ll then provide you a quote and can answer any questions you might have. It’s that easy!

  • HOW DO I SUBSCRIBE?

Simply contact us! If you want to subscribe to one of our allied health packages, shoot us an email and let us know what subscription package you’re interested in (you can learn more about our subscriptions here). From there, we’ll set you up, explain how it all works and get you started! Our subscriptions are a fantastic marketing product for those do-it-all allied health practitioners who simply don’t have the time to create monthly content! In regards to our monthly content, everything is AHPRA compliant and fact-checked by a registered allied health professional. Therefore, you know your content is high-quality and accurate!
