Slide who we are.
keep on scrollin' to meet the team... our creative team of marketing professionals are ready to take your business to new heights.
But more importantly, they're great people!

Marketing Movement was developed in 2018 by me, Meg Storey, a marketing professional with over 15 years industry experience. Married to an Osteopath, and seeing the industry’s varied levels of online marketing, combined with practitioner’s busy schedules, I saw a need to deliver both low-cost and bespoke marketing, specific to Allied Health Professionals (AHPs).

Then along came Del! With our AHP packages being so popular, it made sense to expand, so we did! A few years later Del and I decided we were a pretty awesome team, so we merged our agencies and created Marketing Movement Pty Ltd. We now offer marketing services to all industries, and even have our own Facebook group – Marketing for business owners Australia (come join us!).

What is so unique about us, is that we run Marketing Movement as a self-managing organisation, with the goal to give everyone the opportunity to soar, while living their best life. And our team meet every client need with superb quality, while working flexibly. Did someone say work-life balance? Check! (p.s. if you want to work for us, you can find out more here).

Our team is a family, and only hire the right people with the right values – the ones you want to go out for coffee with on your day off. And the ones that laugh really hard at bad dad jokes or memes 😂.

At MM, we aim to offer five-star service. We have a brilliant, small but mighty team so if you’d like a no-obligation chat, or want to find out more, please get in touch.

Megan Storey Marketing agency owner

ABOUT MEGAN

Megan has worked in marketing and communications for over 15 years. With a Bachelor of Communications, and two post-graduate qualifications in Digital Marketing and Digital Leadership and Management, Megan has spent most of her career in communications and marketing.

With experience across the globe, Megan has worked in England and Australia for public and commercial sectors – from small businesses to global listed companies, like BHP, Western Sydney Airport, Health Education England, local Council and more. She also consults around people, systems and culture, helping corporate organisations promote positive culture and mentally healthy workplaces.

Throw in some crazy achievements like representing Australia at World Sport Aerobics for good measure, and you have a well-rounded, jack-of-all-trades kinda women. Outside of work, you’ll find Meg calming her perfectly chaotic family of five, scootering with her kids, nature walking and singing (badly) to show tunes. A glass of wine is often enjoyed (needed) on the weekends!

Del Harbeck

ABOUT LYNDELL

Meet our co-Director, Lyndell! Better known as ‘Del’, her travel blog was noticed by a U.S marketing agency, who hired her upon returning to Australia in 2016. Since then, her passion for writing has grown, working with a number of businesses in a variety of sectors creating website copy, designing and managing social media and constructing blogs for clients (and much more!).

A real people-person, she was our very first recruit and is the point of contact for our subscribers, the editor for our team and frequently handles custom content for our clients. With a successful business of her own, it’s a no-brainer that 2022 saw her marketing biz, CopyCat and Marketing Movement join forces. It’s all part of our world domination plan (but don’t tell anyone).

With a background in performing arts, a passion for music and being an experienced Pilates & spin instructor, it’s fair to say Del likes to spice things up. In her down time, Lyndell loves to travel, keep active, enjoy short walks on the beach (who’s got the time for a long one) and a nice glass of red!

Liam photob

ABOUT LIAM

Liam is our resident Osteopath and technical content writer. Studying and working as an Osteo in the UK, Liam then moved to sunny Australia, where he splits his time between the clinic and writing fabulous content for our clients.

Before venturing into allied health, Liam was a professional drummer and music teacher, playing with some big names like the Freestylers, and even played at Coldplay’s VIP afterparty at Wembley Stadium! He’s also released three albums with his band Storey.

After treating in a private clinic for many years, Liam now leads a team of Physios within an aged care setting. He’s a big nerd (which we love), and absolutely loves writing about all the weird and wonderful things the human body is capable of.

Gemma Drummond

ABOUT GEMMA

Gemma is our amazing Content Creator and self confessed “Messy Desk Maestro”

Gemma has worked in marketing and communications for over 15 years with global brands as diverse as Chivas Regal Whisky, Rugby England, and Faulty Towers The Dining Experience. She holds two postgraduate qualifications in Marketing from Monash University, and in Digital and Social Media from Curtin University.

Gemma is also an actor and dialect coach and has toured shows internationally. Mixing things up, she’s also a professionally performed playwright, an award-winning filmmaker, an occasional mummy-blogger, and a wannabe novelist. All this is fuelled by a little too much coffee and a lot of passion.

Outside of work, Gemma enjoys time with her family (usually involving a puzzle, a book, a bike, or a board game), travel, and a glass or two of red wine. She’s clearly our kind of person!

Australian Marketing Team

ABOUT JES

Meet Jes, our Marketing Maestro and music addict. Jes is passionate about creating beautiful content and engaging words for businesses. She holds a Bachelor of Communications and has over a decade of marketing experience, working mainly in Cyber Security and high tech, but with some very random experiences thrown in the mix too… including managing a high profile V8 supercars sponsorship and joining Australia’s favourite children’s act, The Wiggles, for a day of planned publicity activities across Sydney.

Jes loves being creative and trying new things, which at the moment has her dabbling with macrame, perfecting the art of sourdough and in the cooler months, battling it out on the hockey turf (even though she admits she still doesn’t really know the rules).

If she could, Jes would love to spend weekends attending gigs and concerts, but being a mum of two little ones (three if you include the fur-baby), Jes now lives for the simple moments in life; a quite moment, a hot cup of tea, a published client post, the first sip of an ice-cold beer on a hot summers day … and the occasional (ok, daily) boogie in the kitchen.

Jemima

ABOUT JEMIMA

Jemima is our hot shot marketing assistant, and keeps Marketing Movement ticking! She takes care of our clients’ digital scheduling needs, and works with the team to deliver high quality content for clients. With qualifications and training in Digital Marketing Strategy, Spatial Information Services, Event Management, Business and Hospitality, Jemima has a career that spans local government and e-commerce. Being ‘remarkably organised’ is her number one skill, and she takes great pride in her brightly coloured calendar organisation system.

As a deeply creative person, Jemima loves all things digital, with a slight addiction to Instagram and Pinterest (we support this addiction). What gets her up in the morning is her one year old (literally), and an Almond Iced latte (in a enviro-friendly keep cup of course!) – mmm coffee…
