WHAT IS THE CONTRACT LENGTH?

There isn’t one! We’re certain you’ll love what we do, so with the exception of Facebook Ads, all subscriptions are ongoing, and you can cancel at any time by emailing us 14 days before your debit is due. If you’re not happy with something, please do let us know first. We pride ourselves on five-star service and do our best to fix any issues quickly.

 

WHAT IS THE LOCATION GUARANTEE?

If you purchase any of our Essentials packages, we make sure none of your competitors within a certain km/mile radius (as the crow flies) can also subscribe to your stream. We currently have three streams to choose from (Physio, Chiro and Osteo) and your content will always be unique to your immediate area. If you’re in Australia or New Zealand, a densely populated area’s radius is 2km. Everywhere else is 5km. That’s about a 10-15 minute drive in every direction from your clinic. In United Kingdom, densely populated areas are .5 mile, ranging to 1 mile for more rural towns (usually that covers your town).

You can have up to two clinic sites per subscription. All clinic addresses need to be available and share a Facebook page and website. If you have more than two clinics under the one business name, please chat to us. To find out if your area is available, contact us.

 

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU TAKE?

All our subscriptions and one-off payments go through Stripe, an international payment provider. Stripe accepts Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards.

HOW DO I SUBSCRIBE?

Simply contact us! If you want to subscribe to one of our essentials packages, we need to check your location firstĀ to uphold our location priority guarantee. If you want one of our custom packages, we like to understand your goals and find out a little more about your clinic. This is so we can make sure we meet your expectations and that we’re a good fit for each other. Once that is done, we’ll send you a Stripe sign-up link so that you can subscribe, and that’s it!
