Lot of love right here! If you could choose one other superpower (other than dance of course!), what would it be?

Social media post: Podiatry
The foot and ankle have 26 bones, 33 joints, and more than 100 muscles, tendons and ligaments. And the soles of your feet contain more sweat glands and sensory nerve endings per square centimeter than any other part of the body. Foot imbalances or pain can also effect your knees, hip and back! So if you're experiencing any discomfort or niggles in your feet, come and see us. We really are one step ahead with our foot knowledge (excuse the pun!).

Social Media Post: Pilates and women's health
New data reveals incontinence affects 1 in 3 adult Australians! Incontinence affects over 6 million Australians – and 61% are women who have given birth. But the majority of cases can be treated, and we can help.
Left untreated, incontinence can cause serious long-term physical and mental health problems. So, if you’re a woman and you leak when you laugh, or experience any type of incontinence or discomfort, please come and see us.
We’re a pilates studio, and have a range of classes and one-on-one sessions to suit everyone.

Well, there’s actually no single winner! Strength can have different applications for different muscles. However, these groups of muscles have been recognised among the strongest, according to the Library of Congress:
-The external muscles of the eye
-The gluteus maximus
-The heart
-The masseter (jaw) AND
-The tongue!
Which strong muscle do you work the most? With the amount of talking and eating we do, we’re afraid to answer that one ourselves!
