During your initial discovery call, our goal is to learn about your business. We’ll ask you a bunch of questions in hope that we can dive as deep as possible in approximately 30 minutes. We’ll chat through your business journey, operations, goals and challenges to paint a clear picture of your needs. From there, we’ll:
- take this information away and crunch some numbers
- figure out what marketing avenue will get you to where you want to be
- calculate an expected ROI (return on investment) from any advertising (if that's the right fit)
- compare all of this data against industry benchmarks to give you added insight

- Your Discovery Call will go for approximately 30 minutes. Unless we’re having way too much fun.
- Although we’re virtual, we love the chance to connect – so please make sure you are joining the call on a laptop or computer. This gives us the chance to share our screen and show you the fun stuff when the time comes.
- Occasionally, we may through in some marketing jargon. Trust us… we only use the necessary (and we’ll always stop to explain). Key terms you’ll hear are:
- CLV (client lifetime value): How much the average client spends at your business over their lifetime with you. For example: If an appointment costs a patient $100, and your data shows that the average patient comes 15 times. Then your CLV is $100 x 15 = $1500
- ROI (Return on Investment): We likely won’t touch on this in our first conversation with you. But once we crunch the numbers, we’ll chat through ROI. This works out how much $$$ needs to go IN, and how much we can expect OUT in return. For e.g. If you’re spending 3k per month on your marketing and getting $15k in return, your ROI is 400%!
- FOMO (fear of missing out): This is what you’ll feel if you miss out on learning how to grow your biz. Trust us, you want to avoid this at all costs, so make sure you turn your meeting reminder on!

Although the monthly hours are committed and won’t change, the activities can. We can be your local SEO agency one month, your Google ads specialist the next. The world is your oyster!

We’re a small, Australian-based team, which means you will work with us (real people!) at all times. Depending on what you need you may work with one of our incredible team members, or several.
We’ve all got skills to share, and we’ll use these to your benefit!

For transparency, we tried it in our early days when we were a newer agency, and we immediately didn’t gel with the idea. The dip in quality, communication and overall experience was something we weren’t happy to extend to our clients. So we made the decision then and there that we would have a 100% Australian based marketing team.
